July 2006 Comments

I can’t praise The Alphabet Train, Amy, and her staff enough. The children always come first, and they all have a wonderful time. The Nursery is well stocked with everything a child could need, and is clean, bright, and organised. It is obvious that Amy invests so much time and money into her Nursery, for the benefit of the children. Each child is treated as an individual, and any particular fears or worries are sensitively dealt with. All the staff are mature, sensible mothers, who understand the children, and any worries Mums might have. As for Amy, she is organised, approachable, reliable, helpful, mature beyond her years, understanding, dedicated, and highly respected by the children and parents alike. Congratulations on having such a wonderful nursery, and excellent staff. We will miss you all so much. Thank you.

The Alphabet Train is everything I could have wanted for my child. The quality and range of equipment and facilities is very high. There is clearly a great deal of effort and care made by the staff. Excellent organisation, and lots of T.L.C., also help to make the Nursery a wonderful learning environment. It is very clear that the children are well cared for and respected. Every aspect of the Nursery is of high quality, and this really comes across. I would like to give a big ‘thank you’ to everyone concerned.
P.S. When your 3 year old opens a nature book and tells you all about bees, nectar, and pollen, you know they are having a good education!
It was lovely that my daughter was chosen as Mary in the Nativity Play, especially as she is so quiet. Often at nurseries and schools the quiet children are overlooked, in favour of outgoing, confident ones. But not at The Alphabet Train! We will really miss it.

The welcoming, friendly atmosphere at The Alphabet Train made it very easy for my daughter to settle in, and on her few ‘wobbly’ mornings someone was always there to take her hand or give her a cuddle. I think Nursery School should be an introduction to a whole range of things, but most importantly, should provide a stable environment in which children are happy, and which ultimately encourages them to want to learn. I think The Alphabet Train has everything ‘spot on’! You show children how to be considerate to others, and encourage them to be confident and independent. This has been the best possible start for my daughter!

It is a warm and friendly environment, secure, and organised in such a way that early learning happens naturally. An excellent introduction to school! My daughter loved learning about plant growth, and has impressed us with all she has learnt. The Alphabet Train goes from strength to strength!

I could not have wished for a more caring, nurturing, and educational environment for my daughter to have spent her all important pre-school years.
