Our son was always welcomed warmly, and was always excited to be there. We never had a time when he didn’t want to go. We could not have imagined that a place as wonderful as Alphabet Train existed! Our son has thrived in every sense, and has had the best start to his education. The one-to-one time is fantastic! He holds a pencil beautifully, and his number and letter work is of a very high standard. We are thrilled! The inventiveness of the wonderful things he has brought home in relation to the themes have left us totally in awe of your fantastic ideas. We will treasure them always. The topics you have covered have given our son a huge breadth of knowledge and understanding. He has made some great friends too! We will be eternally grateful to Amy and all her fantastic staff. What a truly wonderful nursery school! The Alphabet Train achieves the perfect balance between work and play. The staff are caring, friendly, thoughtful and fun. The equipment is amazing. Everything, from the daily routine to the termly themes, from Sports Day to the Christmas Play, is superbly organised and carefully planned. My son has had a fantastic time. He has made great friends, has learned an incredible amount, has gained valuable life skills, and is now thoroughly prepared to start school. I cannot recommend The Alphabet Train highly enough!

I think the combination of imagination and structure suits the children very well, and prepares them excellently for the next stage. I love the way the termly themes inspire the dressing up, home corner, games, toys etc., and the variety is good. The thought put in to themes, games, art and crafts etc. really inspires the children. Thank you very much for all the hard work you put in. From the very first look around The Alphabet Train, my children and I have been extremely happy with the nursery. The warm, caring environment is immediately apparent. The children have been nurtured, and allowed to develop at their individual rates. They have learnt a great amount, whilst also having a lot of fun playing with friends. They have developed an enormous bond, and respect, for all their teachers, who obviously care very much for the children. I feel that as a very “fussy” Mum, and an Early Years teacher, that The Alphabet Train has been a total success for my son and myself. Amy made us feel very welcome, and my son settled in very quickly, and has been very happy. He was always reluctant, at his previous nursery, to share any information, but at The Alphabet Train he chats about his day, is much more engaged, and enjoys bringing in things from home related to the theme. He thoroughly enjoyed Sports Day, and I was totally impressed with the organisation of the event, which was a credit to Amy and her staff.  I think the way that Amy interacts with the children is excellent.
