July 2010 Comments

Both my children have had the best start to full time education by attending The Alphabet Train. They have both been incredibly happy there. The nursery itself is very welcoming, with amazing toys to capture their vivid imaginations. Each morning I knew I was leaving my children with some lovely, trusted ladies who really cared for them. It almost felt like dropping them off with relatives! I have dropped them off knowing they will be cared for, whilst also being engaged with brilliant themes and carefully chosen toys, to compliment the topics. We loved the dressing up area in particular! The Alphabet Train bring topics to life, by growing ladybirds, seeing caterpillars turn into butterflies, watching the life cycle of frogs, and following the development of the three ducklings. This also shows the dedication of the staff. My son was so excited to see nature unfold in his nursery, and really understood each life cycle, which was obviously explained to him in such a brilliant way. The special events are very beneficial – my son loved learning his “lines” for the Christmas Play, and can still recite them now! Sports Day is better than the primary school’s! My children have been very fortunate to have attended such an amazing nursery, and we were very lucky to have found it. We will all miss coming very much, and would recommend The Alphabet Train to anyone. What an amazing and nurturing environment – fantastic! Thank you!

I am sad to see my son leave the wonderful, caring, stimulating environment of The Alphabet Train. Each term it is evident the time, thought and effort Amy has gone to in order to prepare the nursery for the relevant theme, with different toys each week to compliment the topic. My son has loved learning there too – not just worksheets, numbers, and writing his name, but manners, humour, appreciation of nature, technology, and building relationships. Thank you Amy!

I am so pleased we chose The Alphabet Train for our daughter. She has loved every minute of it, and we have taken great pleasure in watching her grow in confidence and ability. The Alphabet Train provides a happy, caring, and stimulating environment. My daughter now knows more than I do about minibeasts! I have always felt she is in very safe hands. The staff are the greatest asset – they are marvellous! Thank you so much!

We feel The Alphabet Train is a home from home. We know our son has enjoyed every minute. Your strengths are your kindness and helpfulness to each child. We think you’re fantastic. Don’t know how you manage to organise such young children to do a Christmas Play and Sports Day – you’re a wonder! Our daughter is looking forward to joining you next year. Thank you so much for taking such great care of both our sons.

I have loved every minute of my son being at The Alphabet Train. He has loved it, and you know him inside out! Staff are friendly, and the children have a great respect for you all. I love it, and am very sad that I have no others to come to you. We will miss you.

A fantastic pre-school that makes the child feel at home. My daughter has loved every minute. She has grown in confidence, and loves learning new skills. She will be very sad to leave, and wants to take Helen with her! Thank you for making her start to education such fun. Can’t wait for her little brother to start in 2012!

Totally satisfied! I think you care wonderfully for the children. Everything is so well planned and organised. I really feel that my daughter is being totally cared for when she is at The Alphabet Train. She has really enjoyed her time, and has learnt loads – she has put us on the spot a few times with her knowledge of minibeasts! We really appreciate all you have done for her. The Nativity Play was fantastic, and we were so proud of her! Sports Day was also very well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed it. All I can say is Thank you very, very much, and I hope my son can join you soon. We will miss you all.
